Dancing With Pirates

There is only one thing more enjoyable than Morris dancing and that’s Morris dancing with Pirates.

On 31 August 2013 the trade winds blew in the Tall Ships and along with it various disreputable Pirates including “Long John” Reynolds and “Aaargh Jim Lad” Brown. On a beautiful spring day at the picturesque Port Adelaide the Adelaide Morris Men danced to the crowds viewing the Tall Ships. The highlight of the day was the vigourous performance of Vandalls of Hammerwich where the Adelaide Morris men were joined by “Long John” Reynolds and “Aaargh Jim Lad” Brown to entertain the crowd with some Morris piracy.
