The AMM were invited by Hot For Joe to join Hedgemonkey and other Morris participants on the 18th of August 2013 at the Rob Roy Hotel to celebrate twenty years of Hot For Joe’s contribution to the Morris sphere. The Rob Roy, always a good venue due to the generous dance space, on this occasion promoted some pretty vigorous dancing by the gathered sides.

A continuous round of dance by the AMM and these sides through the afternoon blended with the animated conversation, drinks, meals and some long-time-no-see reunions. A defining moment of HFJ’s history occurred halfway through the afternoon when assembling past members filled one end of the hall, almost outnumbering those remaining. The afternoon demonstrated and ensured the continuation of Morris and, particularly, the Hot For Joe family for some time to come.
