Just for historical accuracy, and because I just slammed my hand in the car door, I would like to point out that the original side did not grow into the AMM in 1989. I first danced in 1982 and the damage was done well before that. I suspect it's a typo for 1979.

Is the colour in Matt's face a reflection from the soup, or is it more a critique of what he's being forced to ingest?

(I agree - the Pie Floater is a sterling reason to move countries to get away from)

About your recent trip to Perth, I remember as a young kid of being in the city one day with my mother, and happened upon seeing men, dressed in white with matching hats on, dancing in Forest Place (a city precinct)! I could hardly believe my eyes - and it looked like the gents then (as now) were having some fun too!

Since then (and that was 55 years ago at lest by now), I have continued to being both fascinated and intrigued by Morris dancing and of its history! Concerning your trip to Perth (WA) this past August, I just wish I had had the opportunity to see you perform.

Thank you all for keeping up the tradition

Hope you lads are all doing well down there!

Shame there was no applause from congregation at the end!
Dancing in churches is always atmospheric and smashing acoustically.
What is the name of the tune? it's pretty.

Being included into this man's family I can imagine how it feels like to be a Morris-dancer. And this poem is just awesome! :)
